Needs assessment for inclusion of nutrition education services at the UHI Community Care Clinic
This project will perform a systematic needs assessment for inclusion of nutrition education services at the UHI Community Clinic (UHI). Due to the clinic’s limited resources, no nutritional services are currently available for patients.
