What do I need to participate?
You can participate as long as you are in high school and meet other eligibility requirements. Click here to learn more about our projects eligibilty requirements.
How do I apply?
If you’re interested, you can visit our contact page and either call, text, or email us to schedule a time complete an eligibility survey via phone.
Can I do both appointments on the same day?
MRI slots are only available on specific days so while it’s possible, it may be unlikely. If you’re interested in doing both appointments on the same day, please mention it when you speak with staff.
When will I be compensated?
You will receive compensation at the end of each visit.
How long will the study take?
Appointments for the surveys take about 1.5 – 2 hours. Appointments for the MRI scan will take about 4 hours.

All appointments will take place in PG 5 at FIU’s main campus (Modesto A. Maidique). The address is:
