FIU-RCMI Research in Progress featuring Dr. Natalie Dean

Approximately 46 researchers attended the FIU-RCMI Research in Progress Series, COVID-19 Vaccine Evaluation, facilitated by Dr. Natalie Dean, Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Florida. In this session, Dr. Dean reviewed the process of evaluating COVID-19 vaccines, the status of different candidates, and what to expect in the coming months. Additionally, Dr. Dean described prior work on designing innovative vaccine studies tailored to the outbreak setting.
